F O S I is Licensed for the Development, Education, Promotion, & Preservation of Snow & Ice Sculpting as a Cultural Program of the International Winter Olympic Festival of the Arts! Friends of Sculpting will organize & produce all phases of licensed (i.e., sanctioned) Regional, State, National, International, and Olympic Trial Competitions in Snow & Ice Sculpting in New York. The organization enhances the Sculptors in NY State and the United States for the development, training, education & promotion of new and existing Snow & Ice Sculpting Artists & Teams. Friends of Sculpting will promote snow & ice sculpting by demonstration, exhibitions, events and competitions, and advertisement for public awareness in Arts and Education. Founded to promote the advancement of art & artists in Snow & Ice Sculpting @ different levels of exhibitions, & competitions, Regional, State, National, International, & Olympic Competitions in N Y S.
